At Polish, we use a specific kind of material that is safe on the nails and is much more efficient in removing the gel polish. This material does not harm the nail bed as it doesn’t require buffing. It also removes the gel polish in a much less time than the standard way of removing gel by soaking the nail with acetone.

If done properly, acrylics should not damage your natural nails. However, the damage might happen if the acrylics are done on a regular basis not allowing the nails to breathe. We strongly advise not to forcefully remove the acrylics by trying to pull them out the nails. This will cause the nail bed to tear causing a a lot of damage to the natural nail.
You can allow your nails to grow faster by:
- Eat a balanced diet full of nutrients like zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C and Biotin
- Stop pushing, picking and biting your cuticles and nails
- Getting regular manicures
- Avoid harsh soaps and cleansers as it pulls natural oil from your nails and damages the nail keratin protein
- Moisturize using creams that will lock in moisture, preserve the cuticle seal and strengthen the nail itself
Peeling nails can be the result of too little or too much moisture. So many of us are guilty for using our nails as tool so we don’t really take care of how we handle them. Too little moisture can be caused by repeatedly getting the nails wet and then drying them. Too much moisture, sheer soaking in water while performing things like household chores makes the nails soft and possibly causes peeling or sloughing of the nail.
No, this is a myth. It actually doesn’t. While hair coloring might lead to more vulnerable to breakage hair, it does not encourage or lead to premature greying or white hair.
There are simple ways that you can do to ensure your hair stays healthy. Some of these ways are: wash your hair regular to ensure your hair is free from residues and dirt (generally twice a week). Use shampoos free from bad chemicals like sulfates and parabens. Apply conditioner only to the tip of the hair not the scalp to avoid blocking
your pores. Never go to bed while your hair is still wet as this might lead to breakage. Use hair oils and masks with proper massaging to improve blood circulation, boost shine and nourishment.
To start with, healthy hair corresponds to healthy diet: you should ensure that you are giving your body its right intake of necessary nutrients (Omega 3) and vitamins (Vitamin C, D and E) and avoid restrictive dieting. Also, scalp massages have proved to improve blood circulation thus boosting the hair strength and shine. Using hair masks and trusted treatments help protecting the hair thus encouraging its growth. Moreover, try and control/ minimize the number of times you use blow dryers and curling irons as that might cause breakage.
The main cause of dandruff is too much oils residues on your scalp along with overgrowth of a certain yeast called Malassezie that is already on your skin. That excess oil can lead to skin build up which shed in the form of falling flakes.

Dazzling Bride Package: this package includes bridal makeup and hair trial, bridal hair and makeup on the wedding day, bridal manicure pedicure with hands and feet special treatment and 60 min deep cleansing facial
Lavish Bride Package: this package includes bridal hair and makeup trial, bridal hair and makeup on wedding day, bridal manicure and pedicure with hands and feet special treatment, 60 min deep cleansing facial and semi full set eyelash extension and brow lamination.
Yes sure. We understand that every bride is unique. Hence, we can put together a different bridal package that addresses the unique needs of every bride.
We advise our brides to book their bridal packages including their bridal makeup or hair trials about 2 months in advance to ensure that there’s availability and avoid disappointment.
